Refund policy
At Ronna Cosmetics, every order is prepared with care. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and we are here to help if something is not right with your order.
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unused;
- unopened;
- sealed;
- in its original packaging;
- in the same condition as received.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare or cosmetic products that have been opened, used, tested, damaged after delivery, or where the original seal or packaging has been removed.
To start a return, please contact us at info@beautyronna.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send the product.
Please do not send products back before contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty, damaged or incorrect product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned products that are lost during return delivery.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at info@beautyronna.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a short description of the issue;
- clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once we review the issue, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution depending on the situation.
Cancelled or Failed Orders
If your order has been cancelled or the payment has failed, you will usually not be charged. If a charge was made, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
Refunds for cancelled or failed orders may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you believe you were charged for a cancelled or failed order and have not received the refund after a few business days, please contact us at info@beautyronna.com.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please check your order carefully before confirming it.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@beautyronna.com. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been accepted and is being processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
This may include changes to products, quantities, delivery address or order cancellation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider or payment service provider to process and post the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- opened skincare or cosmetic products;
- used or tested products;
- products with broken seals or damaged original packaging;
- products that are not in their original condition.
