Shipping policy
At Ronna Cosmetics, every order is prepared with care and shipped to the address provided at checkout. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery usually takes, how shipping costs are calculated, and what to do if your order has not arrived.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to islands, offshore territories, or unsupported regions. Mail forwarding services cannot be used to receive orders outside our supported delivery areas.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared within 2 full working days for orders containing 1–20 products.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. This means the total delivery time includes:

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Methods
Available shipping methods depend on the destination country and may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping, where available
EU and UK orders are usually shipped with trusted international couriers such as FedEx.
US orders are usually shipped with UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

- selected shipping method;
- total order weight;
- applicable taxes or fees where required.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery status.
Please keep your shipping confirmation email until your order has been successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will always do our best to help if there is an issue with your order.
If Your Order Has Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking information.
You may also contact your local courier, post office, or pickup point, as the parcel may be waiting for collection.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or unsuccessful. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beautyronna.com.
Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
